Library items and/or personal items owned by faculty can be put on reserve for a class. A temporary record will be created in the library catalog for any items that the library does not own. To place a item on reserve, you can call/stop by the library or email using the Place an Academic Reserve Request link in the Reserve Desk section of the library catalog. Along with the title of the item, make sure include the instructor's name, course id, and checkout period on your request. Personal items can be dropped off at the circulation desk to be put on reserve.
Examples of checkout periods for reserves include:
2 or 4 hours in-library
4 hours out-of-library
