When you search for a book or other item in the library catalog, the catalog will list the item's location and call number. The library's general book collection will be listed in the Stacks location. If its location is Stacks, the item should be on the shelf on the 2nd or ground floors.
To determine which floor, you need to look at the beginning letter(s) of the call number:
A-PR is located on the 2nd floor
PS-Z is located on the ground floor
There are other print book collections located elsewhere in the library such as Reference, Oversize, New Book, Juvenile, etc. If you have trouble finding an item, please ask a library staff person for assistance.
